Fox Den Baking Co. is a seasonally-inspired baking company in Walland, Tennessee, locally owned and operated by Blount County native Melissa L. Brinley. Melissa and staff make custom baked goods to encourage you to gather and celebrate life’s big & small moments. Creating sweets for anything their clients want to celebrate—birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and more is their central focus. Working with clients to plan their
dream wedding is Melissa’s absolute favorite. Melissa graduated with a degree in journalism and electronic media from the University of Tennessee and culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University. She honed her craft of recipe development and food styling at America’s Test Kitchen and various publications at Hoffman Media and was later promoted to the Assistant Editor of Cooking with Paula Deen magazine. Melissa believes everyone deserves to have something tasty and beautiful on their special day, regardless of dietary requirements.
