People might naturally assume that we should have Jeryd’s dad (Trinity) do all of the photography and video production for our big day.  However, working an event and enjoying an event are two very different things.  Naturally, a groom’s father is an integral part of the festivities, and at the very least, should be allowed to kick back and enjoy his son’s wedding.

Jeryd and I became friends with Yorke Smith (a.k.a. Yorke the Director) through East Tennessee’s expanding rap and hip/hop music scene.   Highly recommended by everyone, we contracted QVF to provide video services for Big Smile Entertainment, our little entertainment company.  Over the years, we’ve played witness to Yorke’s creative process and the exacting standards he has for every project he touches.  We didn’t have to think twice about who we wanted.  Yorke’s highly sought-after quality of work made the decision easy!

In 2011, Yorke founded Quality Vision Films, a professional video production company.  With just a camera and a dream, QVF began shooting music videos for local artists for free to gain experience.  Because of Yorke’s creative style, his brand quickly developed into one of the most in-demand music video production companies around the South East.  Not wanting to be constrained in a niche market, he quickly positioned the company into a full line of commercials, weddings, and promotional video products and services.  With over a decade of production experience, QVF has developed an innovative uniqueness that sets them apart.  On Friday- October 1, 2021, you’ll see the QVF crew quietly filming us getting’ hitched.  We will make sure to post it all here on our website.
